Debra has over thirty years of experience in public accounting and taxation. Her experience is focused on closely held businesses and their owners. She has tremendous respect for the dedication, hard-work, and limitless optimism that it takes to create a business. She is passionate about helping business owners understand the impact of taxation on their businesses so they can attain the best financial results.

 

Debra’s experience covers a wide range of industries including construction and related trades, interior design, trucking, retail operations, medical and therapeutic professionals, attorneys, and other professions. 

 

Debra received her Bachelor of Business Administration from Oglethorpe University and her Masters Of Accounting from Kennesaw State University. 

 

She is a Certified Public Accountant in the state of Georgia and a Certified Tax Coach (a designation for Tax Planners). She is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants and the American Institute of Certified Tax Planners.  

 

When Debra is not working, she has probably run away from home to a National Park. She enjoys the outdoors, photography, kayaking, kickboxing, and trading stock options.
